I joined the National Library of Australia in February 2014 as the Manager eResources Consortium. The Consortium is a National & State Libraries Australasia (NSLA) project that secures access to commercial electronic information resources for its members. The Consortium aims to simplify licensing arrangements, improve cost benefits for member libraries, and to explore opportunities for making eResources more widely available to all Australians, regardless of where they live. I returned to Australian in 2010 after spending ten years working in Fiji where I was active in library development, advocacy and access to information in the Pacific.
