My research interests lie in art history and social history. I was awarded a doctorate in 1960s Australian art history at the ANU in 2010 and have worked as an assistant curator at the National Museum of Australia since 2008. I continue to research and publish in the area of art history but the Museum has opened up many opportunities for researching Australian social history and material culture. I am particularly passionate about 20th century Australian history.
